Trees Under Water
This contemporary abstract depiction of willowy tree branches under water studded with acrylic jewels and mirrors was created for a dental office and intended to welcome patients as they enter the treatment area. It is lyrical and calming, enticing patients to "float along" to their appointment. It was also designed to balance the center of the space, which in Feng Shui is called the "yin/yang area". The center must be as calm and clear as possible. Because the wall behind it houses 3 dental operatories, the calm ondulations create perfect harmony.
